DRFC Appointment Process 2018-21

We are happy to announce that your district can now appoint the District Rotary Foundation Committee Chair (DRFC) online at MyRotary.org  The current district Rotary Foundation committee chair for your district is scheduled to finish his/her term on 30 June 2018, and we are now collecting the names of DRFC candidates for 2018-2021.

Selecting a candidate

Please confer with the district governor-nominee (DGN) and, if named, the district governor-nominee designate (DNG-D) to select your candidate. Each district governor that serves during the three-year term must agree to the selection of the DRFC.  Once a candidate is agreed upon by all parties, please complete the appointment process online at MyRotary.org, under “Manage”, and then “District Administration”.

By submitting your appointment online and entering the candidate’s name on behalf of the district, the district governor-elect is certifying to Rotary that:

1. the district governor-nominee, and the district governor-nominee designate (if named) are in agreement on the selection of the DRFC candidate
2. the district governor-nominee, and the district governor-nominee designate (if named) have provided their written confirmation 
3. written confirmation of the DRFC candidate selection is on file at the district and will be made available to Rotary upon request

Deadline

Please submit the online appointment by 31 December 2017.
